The Fairway Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a spotlessly clean place with friendly and efficient staff. the splendid view of the sun setting adds to the charm. the hotel is located in a safe area, very central and just a short walk to the northern suburbs of Johannesburg as well as the bars.

Short stay, but really nice - I loved it

Well-maintained and fully equipped hotel, I liked its very central location so close to certain activities like massaging and Cresta and needing a taxi or car to go anywhere else. The restaurant served a great selection of meals for breakfast...

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and luxurious. the breakfast meal was good with cheese. - the hotel is in a central setting on the fairway golf course.

I found the evironmnet very soothing, the room very tastefully appointed.

the unavailability of room service was inconveniencing but not irritating.

great hotel on golf course, with driving range next door...one nice touch is a free mini bottle of wine in your room.

Super comfy spot at Balata restaurant. Also, it's super close to the city vibes, bars, and a shopping center. 🌆

Decor of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were very comfortable and there were lots of little touches that added to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

As a business traveler, I loved the well-maintained hotel and its suitable amenities. the staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel extra special. the heated floor bathroom was a real treat, and being able to watch TV from the bath was a plus. the view of the golf course was breathtaking, and I definitely plan on returning in the near future.

I felt immediately at home during my stay and had no complaints at all.

exquisite room, that also was huge with spacious bathroom. the location was marvellous - next to the airport around 4pm in the afternoon and johannesburg and south africa.

The place was spotless and ideal, it had smart staff on service which was great. I stayed in a double room, with a balcony, the bathroom and great shower, felt very secure.

Excellent hotel but pools are unheated which makes them too cold even during a SA summer period (Dec/Jan). A la carte could be better and kids food was not kids food but full of chili (in the pasta) ... Apart from this a beautiful new (05/2011) hotel 30 minutes from Joburg city and 15 minutes from Sandton. Stayed in a Villa which is a excellent experience. Waiter Millicent can take you to Soweto. Good experience.
